    A nice and friendly McDonald's, but whats up with the retro fixtures and square seats. It's different, that's for sure. I got my food soon after my order. And I noticed the room is a little noisy compared to other locations.

    One complaint, every time I get a big Mac here, they serve it with double the sauce. This is the only location I have had this happen. Being on the busier side of town the drive thru is always busy. That being said its McDonalds and I would come here again.

    First time back in years. Friendly people at counter but almost took my Big Mac back. It looked like a child in a hurry put it together.
    Still think this is a training store with little managment.

    So McDonald's is charging for extra sauce... they only give you 4 packs for a 20 piece nuggets. Im in the drive thru and asked for 3 extra sauce , when the girl was handing me the food i asked her if all the sauce was in,  i guess i should have looked myself instead of having confidence she could do her job. Of course they "forgot" the 3 i paid for . However i can bring my recipe back in and get the sauce,  how clever McDonald's charge for condiments and collect on thay extra 50 cents to however many you guys "forget"

    Ordered thru the drive thru. Ordered a double QP no onions. Instead got a cold stale bread single QP sad service I even asked them if it was all in there the kid said yes I checked it. So I took his word for it. So now I'm forced to go somewhere else now for dinner. Thank you McDonald's West Hemet.

    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! almost 5 employees walked past me and saw me standing waiting ! And it took me and another customer to even get any attention!!!! The employees are very rude as well and said it was somehow my fault for having to wait so long for RANCH !!!!!!!! disappointed and never coming back
